Question. When thinking of your own personal successes – were they a result of your own personal skills or your ability to work with others? Please describe.

I think it depends on what kind of personal successes. If it comes to academical success, for example I gained membership of ACCA (accounting), I would say it’s because of my own personal skills.

But when it comes to any career achievement at work, it shall involve others’ contribution, coordination or support in most of the cases. Please help elaborate the answer.
