What is a Good Source?
Before you can partake in writing any kind of research paper you must first be able to find good credible sources of information for your paper. However in today’s age of technology it may be challenging to find quality sources for reliable scholarly information. Often a website looks good because it was well designed, but that does not mean the information provided by that site is accurate and reliable.
For this week’s discussion, share what you should look for in a website that indicates that it is a good source of scholarly information.
*This will be a good opportunity to glean insight from each other.
Note – If you see that another student has already used a website that you have found please find another website to share so that we do not have a large number of repeat sites.
2. Your initial post (your response to the topic) must contain a citation. It is your ideas supported by research. There will be a deduction of 20 points for failure to cite a source within your initial post and to provide a reference at the end of your initial post. post must be a minimum of 300 words. Please use spell-check and proper grammar. Points will be deducted for each spelling and grammatical error up to 10 points for each post.
