Case Brief and Questions

– 2000 words double spaced (approx. 8 pages) – bibliography at the end citing the reading I have attached a file titled main instructions where you can find whatever you need. I have also attached a file titled “the portable hannah arendt” with the reading that must be completed in order to write the essay. This file is very long but you don’t need to read the whole thing. The essay is only written based on the section of the reading titled “epilogue”. This section is from page 362-388. Read this section to answer the following question in the essay. Was “justice” done in the case of Adolf Eichmann? What does the Eichmann trial reveal about both the strengths and limitation of law or ‘the trial’ to achieve justice in such cases of massive violations of human rights? Do you agree with Arendt that the judgment of the court was ultimately justified, even if the trial itself failed to live up its promise?  I expect all instructions to be followed exactly.
