English Assignment

See attachment for details.  First, you are to complete Ex 6 and the research question is on the screenshot png file on dental phobia. It’s a continuous assignment so that should help a little with how I want the assignment to look like, however, I am to expand on it of course, and reword things as I am now during that assignment into an essay eventually.  The essay is broken up into intro, body, and conclusion. I have attached the instructions for once Ex 6 is completed to work on the intro of the essay. Please let me know if you have any questions and directions are unclear.
