List three academic problem areas based on academic data from your campus.  Include the following information: use the pages from the book for reference and citations  List the issues in order of highest priority to lowest.   Where is your school in the developmental stage regarding the issues?   Do you feel the school is focusing on the highest priority?  With the SMART Goal model in mind, what would you do differently to address the issues if you were the principal?
